Prerequisites for participation

  • Auditor qualifications (interviewing, conflict management, audit procedures)
  • Knowledge of ISO 19011
  • Competence in quality tools and methods
  • Knowledge about the respective customer-specific requirements
  • Knowledge of the quality management system requirements
  • Product and process-specific knowledge of the technology to be tested

Content

  • Understanding the general requirements and basic principles of VDA 6.3.
  • Ability to apply and carry out risk analysis in a technically correct manner.
  • Understand how to apply the questionnaire in practice using the process elements (P1-P7).
  • Understand how to use the process audit to identify the relevant risks, highlight potential and ensure a reliable assessment.
  • Gain the ability to achieve and explain a comparable result based on the evaluation system.
  • Being confident in carrying out process audits both internally and at your suppliers independently and correctly.

Proof of Qualification

After passing the knowledge test (multiple-choice test) you will receive a certificate of qualification.
