Participants understand the approach of VDA 19 and how to use it.

Content

  • Being able to independently design cleanliness analyses according to VDA 19 and carry them out with state-of-the-art equipment and document them in accordance with the regulations.
  • Understand the background of the technical necessity of cleanliness testing and cleanliness-compliant behavior.
  • Perform cleanliness analyses according to international standards.
  • Understand the background of the quality parameter technical cleanliness in automotive engineering.
  • Being able to carry out the extraction procedure for obtaining particle contamination from components and the analysis procedure for evaluating and quantifying particle contamination.
  • Understand the contents of the cleanliness test according to VDA Volume 19 as well as decay measurements, blank values and routine tests.

After passing the knowledge test (multiple-choice test) you will receive a certificate of qualification.
