Prerequisites for Participation

  • Technical and/or commercial training.
  • Experience in quality management in the automotive industry, particularly in dealing with complaints and claims.
  • Training and experience in the assessment of technical product and process risks.
  • Knowledge of the product application of the products manufactured in the company and the current state of the art.
  • Knowledge of the requirements of relevant laws and customer requirements.

Objective / Purpose

Participants know the importance of a product safety and conformity representative and how to manage the process for product safety and liability.

Content

The central topics of product integrity are taught, deepened and your skills expanded:

  • General basic knowledge of product safety and product liability.
  • Organization of product integrity in your own organization.
  • Product integrity throughout the entire product life cycle.
  • Recommended measures in the event of non-compliance with product integrity.
  • Examples of tools and methods for risk minimization.

The training alternates between technical presentations and group work. The group work supports the transfer of what has been learned into the participants' own working practice. Particular emphasis is placed on the opportunity to exchange experiences.

Proof of Qualification

After passing the knowledge test (multiple-choice test), you will receive a certificate of qualification.
