As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt she managed the implementation of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing programs, conducted training and oversaw the Green Belt certifications. Dan Reid the Omnex Director of Standards and Consulting is best known as an author of ISO Technical Specification (TS) 16949, ISO 9001:2000, QS-9000 and the first ISO International Workshop Agreement (IWA 1), which applies ISO 9001 to healthcare. He was a subject matter expert on the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Guideline released in 2014. He also worked on the Chrysler, Ford. GM Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Production Part Approval Process and APQP manuals.
While at General Motors, Reid held a number of Purchasing assignments, e. g. Senior Manager, Planner, Business Systems Manager, Purchasing Agent, Senior Buyer at GM Truck, GM Powertrain, GM Service Parts Divisions and the GM Corporate Headquarters. He served on Purchasing Sourcing teams, developed supplier risk mitigation plans, worked on divestitures and financially-troubled supplier management. He also led the GM North American Supplier Development Administration and served on the Chrysler, Ford, GM Supplier Quality Requirements Task Force, which was responsible for the development and global implementation of QS-9000 and ISO TS/16949. Additionally, Dan has experience working with the new IATF 16949.

Dave Watkins, Executive Vice President and Director of International Operations at Omnex, Inc., brings extensive global experience in general management, manufacturing, distribution, and human resources, with full P&L responsibility across multiple industries. Dean Klepaczyk is an enthusiastic Quality advocate with a broad knowledge of manufacturing processes. He has spent over 16 years in the Quality field in addition to running his own business. Dean has been a Quality Manager for an OEM and First Tier Supplier, and has worked at OEMs for industrial, commercial trucking, marine, and medical applications. Mr. Klepaczyk is a certified IATF 16949 Lead Auditor.
Dean has worked in many Quality positions and has experience in incoming, in-process, and final inspection, calibration, product development, audits, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, corrective action, problem solving, lean manufacturing, error proofing, documentation, supplier quality and handling customer quality issues.
Dean has developed a QS-9000 documentation system from the ground up, and has been through certification, surveillance, and re-certification audits for QS-9001 and ISO 9001. He has conducted internal audits to several standards, including GMP requirements for Class II medical devices.

Michael is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an early adopter of Process Improvement Methodologies and Integrated Systems Design. He was co-awarded a patent for the development of a computer integrated methodology using lean manufacturing methods and Six Sigma techniques for the identification of bottleneck operations and waste in manufacturing operations. He also completed The New Business Leadership Program at a major automotive OEM as part of their leadership development program. Michael has had several international assignments in Europe and Asia most recently covering China, Thailand, India, Taiwan, and Australia for design, development and delivery of training solutions for manufacturing.
Michael has 31 years of experience in automotive manufacturing covering areas from advanced manufacturing engineering to new model launch, development and implementation of manufacturing plant operating systems including standardized processes in Safety, Quality, and Throughput. He has launched team based organizations on the plant floor including roles, responsibilities, and daily activities that enable continual improvements and employee engagement. He has led many projects using statistical problem solving methods, using 8D, DOE, 5Y and several other quality methods applying the seven step Process Improvement Methodology in engineering offices and processes; including engine control strategy. Michael has led multi-party consortiums consisting of industry, government, and academia in the research and development of advance manufacturing methods and technology. Additionally, Michael has developed auditing systems and training on all of the above and has delivered training and consulting at all levels of manufacturing operations from plant floor to the executive offices. Michael has also developed a Y=f(x) policy deployment process utilized at a major automotive OEM. He was a student of Dr. Deming during Deming's association with the auto industry.

A former Test Engineer, Serkan spent six years at TSE, an ISO 17065-compliant Certification Body. William Kovacich has over 40 years of experience as a metallurgist and senior quality engineer. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Rolla in metallurgical engineering with a master’s in management from Indiana Wesleyan University, Bill’s expertise spans metal casting, welding, heat treatment, powder metallurgy, machining, and quality management systems. He is the sole inventor on a patent for powder metallurgy sinter brazing, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and led Caterpillar’s enterprise-wide quality system, including its transition to ISO 9001:2015, training 700+ auditors across 12 countries. Recognized with the ISO Excellence Award (2021) and US TAG Colleague of Distinction Award (2023), he is an IRCA-certified QMS Principal Auditor. He was also Sub-Committee Chairman of the US TAG and convener of the ISO 10013:2021 guidance standard.
