Today’s manufacturers are feeling increasing pressures around cost, compliance, and risk. As executives look for ways to relieve those pressures, one area consistently surfaces to the top: quality management. Whether discussing shrinking operating margins, delivering products to market faster, avoiding a major product recall, or another significant business challenge, quality is generally at the core. In today’s competitive global economy, it is becoming clear that how effectively an organization manages quality can either be its competitive advantage or its downfall.

Manufacturers understand the importance of quality, and many are making it an organizational initiative. In support of that initiative, market-leaders are taking quality a step further by deploying next-generation quality management solutions. These solutions streamline and centralize traditionally disparate quality management processes, such as Advance Quality, FMEA, audit management or corrective and preventive actions. They facilitate the move from reactive to proactive quality management, driving continuous quality improvements earlier in the value chain.

To learn more about how today’s market leaders are approaching quality management with next-generation strategies and technologies, join LNS Research and Omnex on July 21, 2014 at 2:00pm (1 hour and 15 minutes). With benchmark data and real-world examples of quality, the event will dive into the following areas:

  • The current state of quality management (challenges, objectives, technology adoptions, etc.)
  • The role of integrated enterprise audits
  • The role of integrated risk and compliance
  • Strategies for next-generation enterprise quality management
  • Findings based on six case studies on Enterprise Quality Management Systems
  • Why next-generation enterprise quality management systems are especially important for the latest changes in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
