Seminar Content
This two-day seminar deals with the concept of the Machine FEMA review and its links
to new Machine Development and Machine Runoff. This methodology can be used during
new product launches when machines and tools are purchased as well as to solve problems
encountered with existing machinery. The class will be taught using an example of
a machine or process from manufacturing. This very important tool can be used for
implementing product realization of ISO 9001:2008 and IATF 16949:2016.
This seminar is consistent with the DCX, Ford GM manual Measurement Systems Analysis,
4th edition.
