This two-day workshop will help participants understand the different aspects of a team as well as develop the skills necessary to effectively lead team activities.

The purpose of the Soft Skills Training Series is to assist participants in developing the personal attributes necessary to effectively relate to others. This workshop is intended to help participants become a functional part of a performing team.
