Omnex was retained to provide training, process development and documentation, deployment and effective implementation of a management system meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, in a project initiated before the formal publication of the new standard.
Key corporate objectives were effective implementation of a project management system, streamlining and optimizing of design process, more effective control of documents and data, reduction of delays, rework and design modification. The organization also wanted to develop better human resources management systems.
All organizational objectives were met, including certification to ISO 9001:2008 on the basis of the initial on-site audit.
