Seminar Content

This course runs for 1.5 days up to two days total and was developed to cover all requirements of the ISO 37001:2016 standard. The course includes key terms and definitions from ISO 37001:2016 and from ISO 9000:2015 (Quality Management Systems - Fundamentals and Vocabulary). Group exercises and case studies will be used to develop the required skills.

Who Should Attend

This seminar is designed for anyone who may be exposed to potential bribery and managers assigned to address those issues such as Quality Managers, Purchasing and/or Sales Managers, Program Administrators, etc. Managers tasked with ISO 37001:2016 Implementation in their organizational processes would certainly benefit from this course. It is also a good idea for the organization’s top management as well as governing body members to be familiar with the standard requirements.

Recommended Training and/or Experience

An understanding of the ISO 37001:2016 requirements and/or work experience in applying requirements of ISO 37001:2016 is recommended.

Each participant will receive a seminar manual and a group workbook that includes practice in applying the requirements.

Understand the application of Anti-bribery Management principles in the context of ISO 37001:2016.
Relate the Anti-Bribery Management system to the organizational products, services, activities and operational processes.
Relate organization’s context and stakeholders’ (or interested party’s) needs and expectations to the planning and implementation of an organization’s Anti-Bribery Management system.
