This 4-day training focuses on an in-depth review of the changes from ISO/TS 16949:2009 to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. The focus of the training is the transition from ISO/TS 16949:2009 to IATF 16949 including ISO 9001:2015. It is designed for implementation teams and auditors for transitioning the organization to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015. The key changes and processes to be improved will be covered along with the steps to transition and the gap analysis. This seminar also provides a structured approach to planning and implementing the management system within organizational context and employing risk-based thinking. Using the process approach with aligned policies and objectives, this approach is an efficient approach to ensure effective management and continual performance improvement. This approach is even more effective when adopting an integrated management system.

*FOR PUBLIC TRAINING ONLY - The requirements portion of this training is conducted online prior to the in-classroom or virtual course. The seated or virtual classroom portion of the class will begin on Tuesday morning with a review and testing. The Monday of that training week will be offline and for finishing the e-learning or contacting the instructor with questions. The auditor portions (AU and TL) will continue as appropriate according to the dates scheduled.

Who Should Attend

It is designed for experienced implementation teams, auditors, and other experienced representatives from key functional groups responsible for transitioning the organization’s quality management system to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.

Recommended Training and/or Experience

A good working knowledge of ISO/TS 16949:2009 is recommended.
