Seminar Content

This two-day seminar teaches the use of Process Review - Process Flow, Process FMEA and Process Control Planning - to conduct integrated risk analysis and risk management to address OH&S, Environmental and Quality in realization processes.

It employs methods that enable organizations to apply common risk criteria, process analysis and process control encompassing all three types of risk and developing common process documentation to control and continually improve process risk management.

Who Should Attend

This seminar is designed for managers responsible for addressing Quality, Environmental and Health/Safety management in an integrated management system.

Recommended Training and/or Experience

At least basic knowledge of one or more ISO management systems (e.g., Quality, Environment, OH&S, Energy, Information Technology, etc.) is necessary.

Seminar Materials

Each participant will receive a course manual and related exercise materials.

Seminar Goals

  • Explore the specifics of the integration of processes within an enterprise system
  • Examine the gains of efficiency and simplification that take place (soft savings versus hard savings) with site and enterprise integration
  • Provide a hands-on experience at employing integrated Process Review
    • Process Flow Diagrams
    • Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
    • Process Control Plans
  • Provide common risk criteria for evaluating relative risk between the three areas: Quality, Health/Safety and Environment
