This two day workshop deals with the concept of Process review and the use of Process Flow, Process FMEA and Control Plan, with links to APQP in the new product development and launch process. Process Review is a generic methodology that can be applied in any enterprise, including service industries. Process Review can be used during new product launches and to identify, analyze and solve problems encountered with existing products and processes.
