1) Business Development Manager- Institution Development (Omnex Quality Academy India Pvt. Ltd) 2 to 3 years Main Responsibilities:


Location – Chennai

Work Experience – 2 to 3

Job Description

(i) To work, as directed by the Business Head on the promotion of academy initiatives for business development

(ii) To manage and coordinate with internal team the operational and administrative functions to ensure that specific projects are delivered efficiently and to a best-in-class

(iii) Develop the academy’s promotional literature and other materials to communicate effectively the academy’s brand to existing and new customers

(iv) To promote active partnerships by communicating, maintaining and developing customer relationships

(v) With support and direction from the top management, to contribute to, or lead on, income generating strategies

(vi) To provide additional administration support in relation to producing external communication, proof-reading literature and planning key events

(vii) Work with colleagues to ensure that internal communications effectively represents the academy brand, and complements external marketing activities.

(viii) Work with internal digital marketing team to ensure that the academy makes best use of current and emerging technologies, social media opportunities and other business development tools

(ix) Improve top line by 30% GOLY by retention of existing customers and adding new customers

Other Specific Duties:

(1) To continue personal professional development as required

(2) Attend internal and external meetings and participate in development events as required

(3) To actively engage in the performance review process

(4) To adhere to the academy’s policies and procedures

(5) To work flexibly, including some evening work, and to travel, as required, to meet the needs of the role.
