Job Description:

Looking for Business Development Executives (BDE) who are “hunters” and focus on establishing new strategic business relationships in non-client organizations. BDE’s own the entire sales cycle, from generating interest to negotiating and closing contracts.

  • Participate in developing an account plan with the sales team
  • Identify key decision makers and develop strategic relationships
  • Execute business development best practices developed through collaboration with peers and other internal teams
  • Use internal sales enablement tools (CRM)
  • Present to the customer product overviews, software demos, presentations, etc.
  • Develop quotes / proposals to the customer
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers at the customer
  • Manage regular business review meetings with the customer, to ensure customer satisfaction and understand potential new requirements


A college graduate with 3-5 years of sales experience in a professional setting (business development experience preferred). A proven track record of achievement. Strength of character, accomplishments and ambition carry more weight in our selection process than industry experience.

  • A person with technical experience and/or aptitude - with a willingness to ask the "what if?" and "what could be?" questions
  • A creative thinker who consistently sees things others do not see
  • Interested in becoming a consultative, value-based sales expert to advise C-level and senior executives to create effective enterprise-wide strategies that maximize the value delivered by Omnex products and services
  • A strong communicator, able to develop and conduct effective presentations with C-level and senior executive clients
  • Experience with the sales life cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Ambitious, curious and motivated to be successful

Job Title: APQP Program Manager
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan (Travel Required)

Quality Professionals with extensive hands-on experience in the following:

1. New Product Development & Launch in the automotive industry, specifically including:

  • Complete APQP and PPAP system development and implementation

Position: Industrial Engineers

Location: Ann Arbor, with frequent travel (up to weeks at a time) to Houston, Texas (expenses paid)

Job Description and Duties:

Rebalance multiple assembly lines to achieve labor savings and increase production throughput through evaluation of existing equipment, processes and personnel. The position requires an experienced manufacturing/process engineer in vehicle assembly who is familiar with the latest manufacturing techniques, standards, tools and processes. Improvements will be made through redistribution of work, implementing productivity enhancing tools and process and improved part presentation and delivery. Main Job site is located out of state and will require extensive travel with weekend stays. Candidates must be US Citizens.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering with 5+ years in vehicle manufacturing. Experience conducting time studies, productivity improvements and line balancing a must. Material distribution and warehouse management experience is a plus. 5S, Lean, Kaizan and Six Sigma certifications with experience will benefit applicants.
