Automotive OEM Detailed Customer Specific Requirements Workshop

This one-day workshop is designed to improve individuals' understanding of, and competency with automotive OEM (DCX, Ford, and GM) customer specific requirements per ISO/TS 16949:2002. It will provide methods for gathering, communicating, and applying customer specific requirements (and customer information) within your organization. The workshop will give a general overview (for new & established employees) as to where customer information related to the requirements can be found. This workshop supports ISO/TS 16949:2002 individual OEM (i.e. Ford and GM) Internal Auditor Customer Specific Requirements competency. A specific course is available for each of DCX, Ford, and GM.
