Online Webinar: FMEA 4th Edition is Here! Are you ready?
Time: October 16, 2008, 1-4pm EDT
Location: Online
Presenter: Greg Gruska and Dave Watkins
Cost: $295
Presenter: Gregory F. Gruska
Webinar presentation by Gregory Gruska, member of the AIAG FMEA manual sub-committee
The Chrysler, Ford and GM's Supplier Requirements Task Force has just released the long anticipated, and occasionally dreaded, new edition of the Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) Reference Manual. The new edition has been anticipated since many users have lamented that the existing manual only dealt with "filling out the form" and did not provide adequate direction on the whole FMEA process and its relationship to other APQP activities and information. Many individuals are concerned that the new manual will increase their workload by changing and adding to the requirements they already have.
To prepare you for the new FMEA requirements, Omnex is providing a three-hour webinar that covers the new 4th Edition Reference manual. This webinar will review the similarities and differences between the 3rd and 4th Editions of the FMEA Reference Manuals. The FMEA Process as a risk analysis and knowledge management approach will also be discussed. A walk-through of the FMEA process, as described in the 4th Edition manual, will be included. There will also be a valuable Q& A session conducted after the presentation to clarify any questions you have regarding the new requirements.
Don't be left in the dark when the new requirements become mandatory. Register today to get up to speed from the comfort of your own office! There will be an opportunity to purchase a recording of this webinar or just a hardcopy of the presentation itself if you are unable to attend at the scheduled time.
