Omnex was retained by this global chemical company, on a nearly continuous basis, from 1993 to 2002 to provide training to all levels from executive management to the plant floor, quality and operations management system consulting, process and product improvement implementation and preparation for periodic system registrations to ISO 9001:1987,1994; QS-9000; ISO/TS 16949:1999 and continued to be engaged in assisting in the conversion of the organization's systems to ISO/TS 16949:2009.

Achieved objectives included an organization wide QOS/Balanced Scorecard operating system; development and documentation of the entire product development, launch and production management process; effective deployment of Design FMEA, verification and validation in the product formulation process; development and deployment of laboratory systems and MSA in the batch chemical process environment; and development of value-added internal audit systems and methodologies.
