ISO/TS 16949:2009 Transition Training With a Focus on Implementation

Cost: $199

ISO/TS 16949:2009 is finally here! The changes made mirror the changes that were made to ISO 9001:2008 and have implications for the interpretation of automotive specific sub-clauses in ISO/TS 16949:2009 as well.. For many, the road to transitioning to ISO 9001:2008 has been rough and has often led to nonconformities because they underestimated the changes to ISO 9001:2008. Don't make the same mistake...get up to date with ISO/TS 16949:2009 today!

The IATF Communiqu on ISO/TS 16949:2009 Transition process says that "ISO 9001:2008 requirements in the boxed text of ISO/TS 16949:2009 is effective not later than 120 days after the release of ISO/TS 16949:2009". Organizations can transition to ISO/TS 16949:2009 after a surveillance audit.

This webinar will explain the ISO/TS 16949:2009 changes and the IRCA guidelines for auditors. We will then help you understand the steps you will have to take to ready your company for ISO/TS 16949:2009. The good news is that - for the most part - it will not be difficult. However, you will need to know what the differences are and make changes to your QMS in order to comply.

We will provide you a Stage I and Stage II ISO/TS 16949:2009 checklist to aid you in your efforts to achieve transition to ISO/TS 16949:2009. These are the same checklists that an auditor may use during your audit, so you will be able to look at your system from an auditor's point of view.

Cost: $199

Once registered you will receive an email confirming your registration with information you need to join the Webinar.

The ISO/TS 16949:2009 1st Edition released in 1999, was based on ISO 9001:1994. To emphasize continuous improvement in the supplier base, the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) later revised the ISO/TS 16949:1999 requirements to align with the ISO 9001:2008 framework.
