Process Management, ID of Processes / Process Teams - Workshop 

Seminar Content

Process management is the underlying concept in the new ISO/TS 16949:2002 standard and in TRWA initiatives like 6 sigma and OE Roadmaps. This consulting workshop is for additional help, if requested after participants have been trained in TRWA-01 or 02, where process management is explained. Classes will led by internal or external trainers. 1-day workshop.

Who Should Attend

Process Owners & Team Members: (If these are not yet identified, select) Current Line Management, Other Selected Process "Levers" Business System Implementers: Those with responsibility to implement and maintain the BMS: Management Reps, QS Coordinators, Quality Managers.
All employees not listed in other categories. Particularly for "new hires".

Recommended Training and/or Experience

Must be well-versed in TRW Quality Systems, the content of the Business Policy Manual and the website http://www.livmi.trw.com/e-qms/ , and the ISO/TS 16949:2002 specification.
