This one-day course provides a comprehensive approach to auditing each element of the ISO/TS 16949:2002 Standard and SAC Standards, as well as introduces attendees to the concept of audit trails and collecting objective evidence. This is a great upgrade course for internal auditors.

ISO/TS 16949:2002 Implementation Teams, Internal Auditors, 2nd Party and 3rd Party Auditors or anyone else who would like to know the auditing process for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Party Audits to ISO/TS 16949:2002 and SAC Standards.

Recommended Training and/or Experience

One-day ISO/TS 16949:2002 or knowledge of ISO/TS 16949; a general knowledge of automotive quality systems is required.

About ISO/TS 16949:2002 - The International Quality System Standard for Automotive Suppliers
ISO/TS 16949:2002 specified the quality system requirements for the design / development, production, and (where relevant) installation and servicing of automotive related products. The ISO/TS 16949:2002 1st Edition released in 1999, was based on ISO 9001:1994. To emphasize continuous improvement in the supplier base, the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) later revised the ISO/TS 16949:1999 requirements to align with the ISO 9001:2000 framework. more...
