OHSAS 18001:2007 Lead Auditor Training for Health & Safety Management Systems(RABQSA-Certified)

IRCA - International Register of Certificated AuditorsThis training course and certificate of attainment is recognized by IRCA as meeting the requirement for IRCA certification to OH&SMS Auditor/Lead Auditor course + OH and TL gap examinations.

Seminar Content

This five-day course is certified by RABQSA under the TPECS scheme, and meets the knowledge criteria requirements for the Lead OHSAuditor grade or lower. This seminar fully covers the OHSAS 18001:2007 requirements. Other topics include audit systems, the auditing process and audit instruments; the documentation process, conducting an audit, writing the audit report, and taking corrective action.Auditing case studies to develop skills for identifying nonconformities will be used. Techniques for leading audit teams will also be discussed.

Attendees who successfully demonstrate competence during this course will achieve a Certificate of Attainment for the following competency units:

  • RABQSA-OH
  • RABQSA-AU
  • RABQSA-TL

Who Should Attend

This seminar is designed for Management Representatives, OHSAS 18001:2007 Implementation Teams, Internal Auditors and others who would like to develop judgment and decision-making in OHSAS 18001:2007 and learn the auditing process for first, second, and third party auditors.

Recommended Training and/or Experience

An extensive understanding of the OHSAS 18001:2007 requirements and/or work experience in applying OHSAS 18001:2007 is recommended.
