This workshop helps IT organizations acquire the Do IT Yourself skills to quickly gain control of their Configuration, Change, and Release Management processes that play a role in the optimization and availability of the IT infrastructure.

The Service Support implementation workshops equip student with the practical skills they need to implement the plan outlined in the Service Support Process Guides. The implementation cluster workshops are five-day programs that host up to 10 students (typically the process owners) and come with the materials associated with the cluster being presented. 5-day workshop.
