The ITSM Practitioner course is intended for process owners and practice area consultants with at least four years of practical ITSM experience and looking to certify their skills in the following practice areas: Change, Configuration and Release Management. Delivered over five days, it features lectures, discussion, team exercises and quizzes. It culminates with a one-hour certification examination. 5-day workshop.
