Technologies: Design, Manufacture, Assembly and Test of Integrated Circuits for automotive electronic systems.

Project: Develop and Implement an ISO/TS 16949:2002 QMS.

Omnex provided training, development and implementation consulting services for a large Semiconductor company in an ISO/TS 16949:2002 implementation project involving 52 facilities world wide. These facilities include Design Centers, Chip Wafer Fabricating plants, Assembly and Test facilities, and top management groups. Adhesives, sealants, coatings, pre-treatments, process materials for assembly, etc.

Technologies: Bulk Chemical formulation, development, manufacture and distribution employing batch and continuous processes; process materials components forming and assembly, customer plant chemical management services.

Omnex was retained by this global chemical company, on a nearly continuous basis, from 1993 to 2002 to provide training to all levels from executive management to the plant floor, quality and operations management system consulting, process and product improvement implementation and preparation for periodic system registrations to ISO 9001:1987,1994; QS-9000; ISO/TS 16949:1999 and continued to be engaged in assisting in the conversion of the organization's systems to ISO/TS 16949:2002.
