Seminar Content
This four module course provides a basic discussion of the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 including key changes from the 1994 standard.
Who Should Attend
Quality Assurance Managers, General Managers, ISO Implementation Team Members, Management Representatives, and ISO Internal Auditors should attend this course. Those implementing ISO/TS 16949:2002 should incorporate ISO 9001:2000 as ISO/TS 16949:2002 will be revised to include ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
Recommended Training and/or Experience
Working knowledge of ISO 9000.
