Seminar Content

This four module course provides a basic discussion of the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 including key changes from the 1994 standard.

Who Should Attend

Quality Assurance Managers, General Managers, ISO Implementation Team Members, Management Representatives, and ISO Internal Auditors should attend this course. Those implementing ISO/TS 16949:2009 should incorporate ISO 9001:2008 as ISO/TS 16949:2009 will be revised to include ISO 9001:2008 Requirements.

Prerequisite Skills

Working knowledge of ISO 9000:1994.
