Understanding & Implementing ISO 9001:2000
Seminar Content
This two-day course provides a comprehensive discussion of the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 including key changes from the 1994 standard. It also covers the general approach to upgrading to, or implementing a quality management system based upon ISO 9001:2000.
Who Should Attend
Quality Assurance Managers, General Managers, ISO Implementation Team Members, Management Representatives, and ISO Internal Auditors should attend this course. Those implementing ISO/TS 16949 should incorporate ISO 9001:2000 as ISO/TS 16949 will be revised to include ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
Recommended Training and/or Experience
Working knowledge of ISO 9000
