Combined Understanding & Implementing and Internal Auditor Training for ISO 9001:2008
Seminar Content
This five-day course provides a comprehensive discussion of the requirements of
ISO 9001:2008 including key changes from the 1994 standard. It also covers the general
approach to upgrading to, or implementing a quality management system based upon
ISO 9001:2008.
This course meets the training portion of the requirements for certification of
individual QMS Internal auditors. Explanation of ISO 9001:2008 and audit systems,
the auditing process and audit instruments; documentation process, conduct an audit,
write the audit report, and take corrective action; auditing case studies to develop
skills for identifying nonconformance; 5-Day Seminar.
Who Should Attend
Quality Assurance Managers, General Managers, ISO Implementation Team Members, Management
Representatives, and ISO Internal Auditors should attend this course. Those implementing
ISO/TS 16949:2009 should incorporate ISO 9001:2008 as ISO/TS 16949:2009 will be
revised to include ISO 9001:2008 Requirements.
Prerequisite Skills
Working knowledge of ISO 9000:1994
