Provided Business Management Systems and top management training and consulting
for Mobil Research Center in NJ. Omnex helped Mobil implement customer focused key
metrics and coached their top management in focusing on achieving their strategic
goals and objectives.
A continual improvement process with teams was formed to work on achieving key process
improvements in support of R&D business objectives. Also, the same process was
used for managing their management review for the ISO 9001, Environmental and Occupational
Health and Safety systems.
Helped develop a framework for Ford Motor Company to integrate their strategic goals
and objectives, Mission, and Vision and to align it to the Key Measurables of the
different organizations within Ford and their supply chain. Helped develop the methodology
that then identified Key Processes and Process Measurables helping align QOS methodology
to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Defined a culture and standards for top management for
conducting business reviews and Continual Improvement.
Implemented this methodology within Ford and most of their Tier Ones Worldwide.
Provided extended QOS and New Product Development work for Petro-Canada in Oakville,
ON; Omnex helped Petro-Canada implement customer focused key performance metrics
and assisted in developing and using process metrics to identify opportunities for
improvement. In addition, Omnex coached their top management in focusing on achieving
their strategic goals and objectives.
As part of a long-term project, Omnex assisted Petro-Canada in developing and implementing
a complete product development and launch process for the lubricants division.
Helped integrate the ISO/TS 16949:2009 (ISO 9001), ISO 14001, into their TQC methodology.
The TQC Methodology was driven as an independent and isolated system by top management
The IS/TS 16949:2002 System and the ISO 14001 Systems were deployed as independent
systems with many redundant policies, procedures and work instructions. Furthermore,
there was no standardization within the organization. Helped develop rules for integration
and alignment between the Corporate, Business Units, and the individual facilities.
Developed a framework with detailed specifications for deployment of ISO/TS 16949
(ISO 9001), ISO 14001, Social and Legal Obligations globally.
Trained, deployed and implemented an integrated management system(IMS) of ISO/TS 16949
(ISO 9001), ISO 14001, Six Sigma and Lean for TRW world wide. Worked with TRW to
define the framework and then developed training for implementing and deploying
this methodology. Trained and implemented in locations such as USA, Canada, Mexico,
Thailand, China, and India.
Omnex Provided Business Management Systems training, counseling and implementation
for Niko Resources, India. The implementation included ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001
and OHSAS 18001.
During this implementation, Omnex stationed a person at the corporate office for
10 months to take care of the implementation and coordinate the implementation with
their Regional offices and off shore drilling. After implementation, the company
had one quality manual and several of their key processes communized between the
Omnex provided coaching and training for ST Microelectronics to achieve implementation
and registration to ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, Environmental and Occupational
Health and Safety. Omnex provided this assistance in North America, Europe (France
and Italy), and Asia. This help occurred with many different organizations within
this large, global organization. Currently the systems have been implemented without
any standardization or integration.
Omnex has also worked with ST since 1995 and are currently implementing Six Sigma
in US, Europe and Asia. Currently, we are creating an Integrated Management Systems(IMS)
(ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, and the EICC Standard).
Omnex has been training on "Integrated Standards - Integrating ISO 9001, ISO 14001,
OHSAS 18001, and Excellence Awards". Omnex worked with ST to develop the methodology
for integration and then trained staff within ST for the last five years.
Omnex worked with this large Global Organization in Asia, S. America and N. America
implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 integrated systems. Our association with Yazaki
goes back to 1995 and we have helped them implement New Product Development, FMEA,
Auditing, and Problem Solving in many parts of the world.
Ball Aerosol and Specialty Packaging (Formerly US Can) the largest manufacturer
of Cans in the word with over 50 locations worldwide. Omnex created a methodology
integrating ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Lean and Six Sigma into the Management System.
Omnex helped US Can implement this system in the US and overseas offices.
