We will work with your management team to aid in planning, organizing and launching your Lean/Six Sigma improvement organization. We can help you select and develop Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts for your organization. We can also provide on-site Master Black Belts to help you get your program off-the-ground. Our Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belts can train, develop and manage your Lean/Six Sigma organization and improvement projects during the initial launch phase (first 6 to 12 months) of your Lean/Six Sigma Program.

We can also provide highly qualified Omnex Unified Lean/Six Sigma™ Black Belts to work on-site with your improvement project teams.
