Breakaway Lean® Black Belt Workshop Sequence

Omnex, the worldwide leader in quality systems training and consulting, once again is breaking new ground with our latest offering, a Black Belt certificate program in Lean Manufacturing. We now offer a standardized program of education, training and project management workshops that leads to certification as a Lean Black Belt. This certification qualifies your in-house experts to plan, organize and lead project teams working to implement Lean manufacturing strategies and technology. The successful candidate will complete the entire sequence of lean workshops and submit a project report that demonstrates competencies in the understanding and application of the key Lean manufacturing methods. The sequence of required workshops leading to certification as a Lean Black Belt must be taken in order and are described here:

2. Breakaway Lean® Project Management with OEE, TPM & SMED (5 Days)
3. Achieving Continuous Flow - Cellular Manufacturing & Assembly (5 Days)
4. Utilizing Supermarket - Pull with Kanbans for Production Scheduling and Inventory Control (5 Days)
5. Implementing Five S’s for Workplace Organization & Visual Controls for Continual Process Improvement (5 Days)
