Omnex Thailand December 2004 News

Omnex Thailand has been awarded several contracts this quarter on the systems implementation front. The Lean/Six Sigma vertical successfully completed training programs on Green Belt and Black Belt trainings in Bangkok. At this point Omnex Thailand is handling around 100 projects in Lean/Six Sigma for our clients in different industries.

Omnex' semiconductor clients in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines have had Omnex support on a range of training programs this quarter. Our major clients in the semiconductor industry this quarter were Philips Semiconductor, 1st Silicon and Hana Semiconductor. Additionally, Omnex Thailand has done work with General Motors Thailand, SGS Thailand, Siam Nippon Steel, and others.

Omnex's Country Manager, Praveen was a key speaker at a recent Semiconductor Assembly Council conference in Bangkok. In it, he talked about the application of Lean/Six Sigma in the semiconductor industry.
