Ravikumar - General Manager, Omnex Middle East

Ravikumar is the General Manager & Principal Consultant / Trainer for Omnex - Middle East. Ravikumar has 14 years of rich experience encompassing Manufacturing and Services in a variety of industries & organizations such as precision engineering, automotive, oil & gas, banking, investment services, transportation, project management & IT-enabled services such as BPO & E-commerce.

Ravikumar is a Metallurgist and Quality Management professional who has rich experience in different aspects of Quality Management (coaching, training, consulting and mentoring). He has assisted organizations in the development and implementation of management systems such as ISO 9001:2000; ISO/ TS 16949:2002, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, Lean/ Six-Sigma, etc., as a single system or integrated with other management systems.

An Expert in QMS Implementations and practices, he has also proved his expertise in fields like world-class work environment through 5S, QFD , Kaizen etc., which makes him an integral part of OMNEX's Lean consulting team in Asia. He has a rare distinction of having implemented EMS and Safety practices for oil mining companies both on-shore and off-shore.

He is helped more than 25 companies in achieving excellent environmental management systems based on ISO 14001 and TS 16949:2002. His expertise and command over organizational health and safety management has been appreciated by companies over a wide spectrum. His career objective is to consistently meet the client's requirements and nurture Omnex's ambitions of Building Business Excellence worldwide.
