Who Should Attend

This seminar is designed for Management Representatives, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 Implementation Teams, Internal Auditors and others who would like to develop judgment and decision-making in ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009 and to learn the auditing process for first, second and third party auditors.

Seminar Materials

Each participant will receive a seminar manual and a team breakout workbook that includes case studies. Each participant will have to pass an exam at the end of the seminar and will be presented with a RAB accredited certificate.

Seminar Goals

This course is certified by RABQSA, and meets the training portion of the requirements for certification of individual QMS Lead auditors. Fulfill the requirements for a 40-hour RAB approved training course. Understand ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 Audit Trails. Understand and create audit plans. Apply decision-making skills regarding the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 Standards in a wide variety of audit situations.

Prerequisite Skills

An extensive understanding of the ISO 9001:2008 Requirements and/or work experience in applying QS-9000 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 are required.
