Job Description |
Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the
development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance. |

Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule. |

Facilitate problem solving and collaboration. |

Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary. |
|
Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team. |

Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues. |

Provide guidance to the team based on management direction. |

ISO 26262 Training for Automotive Hardware and Software Safety Coming to the U.S.
A new upcoming standard (ISO 26262 - Road Vehicles - Functional Safety) was developed to comply with the needs specific to the application sector of E/E systems within motor vehicles. This standard is currently available as an FDIS in 10 parts and is already being applied worldwide in order to develop safe vehicles.
