This three-day seminar provides a comprehensive approach to understanding, documenting and implementing Best-In-Class Quality Management Systems to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002. The presentation and hands on exercises focus on the automotive or semiconductor sector-specific approaches in ISO/TS 16949:2002, as well as specific strategies for making the transition from QS-9000/TS-16949 1st Edition.

ISO/TS 16949:2002 Implementation Teams, General Managers, Senior Functional Managers, Management Representatives, leaders with an international customer base and an understanding of ISO 9000, QS-9000 or TS 16949, and anyone with responsibility for documenting, implementing and /or maintaining a QMS to ISO/TS 16949:2002 2nd Edition.
Prerequisites
Participants should possess a working knowledge of, as well as some experience in ISO-based quality management systems.
