Expert in Six Sigma And Lean Concepts.

Conduct Training Programs.

Visiting various clients of Omnex and shall be delivering onsite training programs and on the job consulting/handholding sessions as per the predetermined requirements of the client w.r.t business improvement initiatives like Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing etc.

Expert in ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 2004 ,ISO /TS 16949.

Visiting various clients of Omnex and delivering onsite training programs and on the job consulting/handholding sessions on various quality/Management System Requirements.

Independently handling quality projects in QMS/BMS at different clients simultaneously undertaking consulting and training assignments.

Experience in Auditing.

ASP, Visual basic, ASP.NET, C#.NET, SQL Server 2000. Knowledge on SQL Server 2005 is added advantage.

Lead analysis, design and development of assigned deliverables and then continue to manage and/or support implementation of the same.

You will be expected to provide timely status reports or project status reports as necessary.

You are expected to build quality into project results by bringing strong analytical discipline into the team.

Strong creative ability - ability to conceptualize, communicate, and sell your thoughts/ideas to others.

Negotiates with internal and external contacts.

Good problem-solving skills and techniques.

Doing data research via the web and Data Bases.

Client and prospect research activities.

Ability to speak fluently to customers in US is highly desirable.

Articulate, good phone skills, computer skills.

Open to work in shifts.

Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance.

Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.

Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.

Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary.

Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team.

Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues.

Provide guidance to the team based on management direction.
