Supplier Quality Management
Seminar Content
The two day seminar introduces the knowledge and practice of supplier quality management. With a trend toward global sourcing, subcontracting and supply chain integration, the supplier’s quality and cost play more and more important roles in the level of quality and profit margin in their enterprise. The course explains the process of supplier assessment, the method of supplier rating, supplier quality level evaluation, analysis and improvement tools of the supplier’s quality system/process, and eventually the establishment of win-win relationships with a supplier.
