Seminar Content

3 Days.　This three-day seminar is designed to provide key individuals with the knowledge to facilitate and maintain the leadership, implementation and deployment of Six Sigma and the mentoring of Black Belts.

Who Should Attend

Persons in a plant and/or organization with Profit and Loss responsibility; plant managers, area managers; those who will drive effective Six Sigma Deployment strategies in the organization.

None.

Each participant will receive a Six Sigma Champion Training Material including case studies and exercises.

Course Methodology

• Breakout Exercises
  • The exercies will be conducted during each training stage to pratice the Six Sigma tools application, and also to evaluate the understanding of the training courses.
  • The purpose of breakout exercises is to develop skills of Six Sigma Project Management by having individuals or teams working on practical situations.
• Evaluation of Individual Participation
  • Attendees will be evaluated on class participation, which encompasses the following aspects:
    • Asking meaningful questions in class
    • Sharing professional project experiences
    • Taking an active role in team exercises
  • Effective class participation provides the attendee with opportunities to demonstrate practical understanding of the many Six Sigma tools.

• Certificate and Project Management

• Project is required to close with the project charter completed. Certificate will be issued based on the participating records and training evaluation.
