Who Should AttendThis seminar is designed for top management, plant managers, and others who are involved in QOS implementation, improvement and assessment. Seminar MaterialsEach participant will receive a seminar manual. All concepts will be introduced using examples. Group exercises will make use of an example company. Seminar GoalsThis seminar will present a clear understanding of Ford's expectations for a Quality Operating System while providing a precise methodology for implementing a QOS or improving an existing QOS to meet these expectations. Participants will learn how to identify improvement tracking indicators for the organization, how to use these indicators to motivate improvement success, and how to assess the effectiveness of these indicators.
